Estoril Seaside resort about 24 km (15 miles) west of the capital, Lisbon. It has a casino, parks, fine beaches and a golf course. It was originally developed because of the reputed healing qualities of its waters.

Estremadura Coastal province immediately west of the capital, Lisbon, stretching northwards.
