Tourism into space is a reality nowadays, with companies like Space Adventures offering paid flights. However, it costs a little more than a trip to your average holiday destination (count on about US$20 million)! Virgin Galactic offers "cheaper" sub-orbital flights for about US$200,000 each.

Russian spacecraft manufacturer Energia and the Russian space agency jointly announced recently that they would be prepared to offer a flight around the Moon for US$100 million. See the latest news on space tourism on space.com website.
